DELIVERY INFORMATION

Swordfish Hygiene Ltd. maintains a fast delivery service across Ireland, orders placed by 3.30pm each day will have a delivery time of 1-2 working days via courier or An Post. Any delays for out of stock items or delayed shipping, will be dealt with in notifying the customer.

Delays may occur with our various delivery services. Although delays might occur, please allow 3-5 working days for non-stock items to arrive, particularly at busy periods throughout the calendar year. If you do not receive your goods within specified delivery times, please contact us by phone or email.

Delivery charges of €6.00 is applied to most orders placed. (Oversize items may cost more)

PAYMENT SECURITY

All online payments are securely processed with AIB Authipay using AES-256 bit encryption methods so you can be reassured your credit card details are transmitted appropriately and safely.
Our website also uses a secure communications protocol (https) ensuring complete safety when you are buying a product.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with a product that you have purchased from Swordfish Hygiene Ltd. and the product is unused, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a credit note or refund in certain circumstances. For returns please contact the office by phone or email for an authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted otherwise. Customers must inform Swordfish Hygiene Ltd. of returns, within 7 days of receiving the product.

Delivery charges will not be covered by Swordfish Hygiene Ltd. of returned products but that of the customer. All products must contain all original items and be returned in condition they were sold as. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our outlined requirements as stated above
